Wire
Hook-up wire / single wire is a flexible, insulated electrical wire used for internal connections in electronic devices and control panels. Typically composed of fine copper strands, it offers ease of routing and handling in tight spaces. Its insulation, often PVC or Teflon, provides protection against heat, abrasion, and chemicals.

Multi-wire refers to a type of electrical cable consisting of multiple insulated conductors bundled together. This design enhances flexibility and facilitates complex wiring in electronic devices and control systems. Multi-wire cables are ideal for applications requiring numerous connections within a single, compact assembly, ensuring organized and reliable performance.

Terminals
The terminals come in a variety of designs, including crimp, solder, and screw terminals, each suited for specific applications and requirements. They are available in different materials, such as brass, copper, or stainless steel, and are coated or plated to prevent corrosion and ensure long-term performance. Proper selection and installation of wire terminal connectors are crucial for maintaining the integrity of electrical connections, preventing signal loss, and ensuring safety in electrical systems.

Conn
A connector is an electrical component that joins two or more circuits, enabling the transmission of electrical signals or power. Connectors come in various types and sizes, designed to ensure secure, reliable connections. They are crucial in electronics and electrical systems, facilitating easy assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Switch
A switch is an electrical component used to control the flow of electricity within a circuit by either opening or closing it. Switches come in various types, including toggle, rocker, push-button, and rotary, each designed for specific applications. They are essential in controlling lighting, appliances, and machinery, providing a convenient means to manage electrical systems and enhance user control and safety.

Hand Tool
A hand tool is a manually operated device used for various tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Examples include hammers, screwdrivers, and pliers. Unlike power tools, hand tools rely on physical effort and precision, offering control and versatility for tasks in carpentry, metalworking, and general maintenance.

Applicator (Cassette dies)
Applicator are widely used in fully automatic and semi-automatic terminal crimping machines, particularly for high-precision stamping and pressing applications. Cassette dies can quickly switch between different production tasks through a quick change system, reducing downtime and improving production efficiency. Its modular structure ensures a perfect match with the crimping machine, while also supporting high-precision and high-repeatability crimping operations.
